CONDITIONS OF SALE

Payment terms: Pro Forma on first orders. Credit Terms can be applied for subsequent orders.

All goods will remain the property of Pennline until the price has been paid for in full and the customer shall remain a bailee only until payment is made.

All shortages and damages must be reported in writing within 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS.

Interest may be charged on overdue accounts at the rate of 3% over bank basic rates.

Accounts outstanding beyond our credit terms of reference, which have to be passed to our debt collectors will also be liable to any costs incurred obtaining settlement.

Printed Items

 +/- 5% Over/under runs will be charged/credited accordingly.

Proof Approval - Printing will not begin until the proof is approved. Pennline will not be responsible for delays in proof approval which result in delivery delays.

Cancellation of Order,

Please note that if this order is cancelled there will be an administration charge of £25 plus the cost of material on any work carried out.

Artwork Changes

Changes to artwork after proof will be charged accordingly.

Proof Approval

It is the responsibility of the customer to check all aspects of the proof before approving. Pennline cannot be held responsible for errors in artwork after approval.
